The Philips CoreLine Highbay Gen 6 was developed to provide powerful, energy-efficient, and reliable lighting for spaces with high ceilings. The fixture is particularly well-suited for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and other industrial environments where high light output and a long service life are important.

The sixth-generation CoreLine Highbay combines a compact and robust design with high system efficiency, easy installation, and a variety of lighting control options. This makes the series suitable for both new installations and the modernization of existing industrial lighting systems.

Philips CoreLine Highbay gen6 is available in various lumen packages and wattages for a range of mounting heights and lighting levels. The standard models achieve a luminous efficacy of up to 183 lm/W, while the UltraEfficient models reach up to 196 lm/W.

This allows for high light output with relatively low power consumption. This makes the CoreLine Highbay gen6 particularly attractive for industrial buildings and warehouses where lighting is in use for many hours each day and energy savings are a key consideration.

Depending on the application, you can choose between a narrow or wide beam. The narrow 55° beam concentrates the light more intensely and is suitable for higher mounting heights, aisles, and applications where focused light on the work surface is desired.

The wide 90° beam angle distributes the light over a larger area and is suitable for open production halls, warehouses, and other spaces where broad and even light distribution is desired.

In addition to standard on/off models, CoreLine Highbay gen6 fixtures are available with DALI control. This allows the light output to be adjusted based on the room’s usage and further reduces energy consumption.

For connected lighting projects, there are also Interact Ready models with integrated wireless connectivity and sensor options. This allows the lighting to be combined with motion and daylight detection and integrated into a compatible Interact lighting control system.

The standard CoreLine Highbay Gen 6 models feature a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and are available with IP66 and IK08 ratings. This ensures they are well protected against dust, water jets, and mechanical stress in demanding industrial environments.

Interact Ready models with an integrated sensor may have different protection ratings, such as IP65 and IK05. Therefore, always check the specifications of the selected model.

CoreLine Highbay gen6 is designed with installation speed in mind. The single-point mounting system allows for easy installation, and the pre-assembled external connector ensures that the fixture does not need to be opened during electrical connection.

For situations requiring a different mounting method, additional mounting options are available. This allows the fixture to be used flexibly in a wide range of industrial and logistics projects.

Signify specifies a lifespan of 100,000 hours at L70 for the CoreLine Highbay gen6. This makes the series suitable for environments where maintenance at great heights is costly or labor-intensive.

The combination of high luminous efficacy, long service life, and lighting control options helps reduce both energy consumption and maintenance costs for professional lighting systems.
