The Philips CorePro LED Candle and Bulb Lamps – Plastic have been developed as affordable LED replacements for traditional incandescent and halogen bulbs. The series combines a compact candle or globe shape with energy-efficient LED technology. This makes it easy to retrofit existing fixtures with modern lighting.

In addition, a variety of lamp bases, luminous fluxes, and color temperatures are available. This allows the same product family to be used in a wide range of professional decorative fixtures.

Candle lamps and globe lamps

The current CorePro family includes both candle-shaped and round ball-shaped lamps. This makes it possible to select the right lamp shape to match the existing fixture.

• B35 and B38 – candle-shaped LED bulbs
• P45 and P48 – compact ball lamps

The candle-style lamps mainly use an E14 base. The globe-shaped lamps are available with either an E14 or E27 base.

250, 470, and 806 lumens

The current product family includes three main luminous flux classes. This allows you to choose an LED bulb based on the desired brightness.

• 250 lumens – approximately 25W equivalent
• 470 lumens – approximately 40W equivalent
• 806 lumens – approximately 60W equivalent

This makes it easy to replace various conventional wattage classes with energy-efficient LED lighting.

2.8W, 5W, and 7W

The current CorePro Plastic series uses only a fraction of the power consumed by traditional light sources.

• 2.8 W – 250 lumens
• 5W – 470 lumens
• 7W – 806 lumens

This results in a significant reduction in energy consumption. In current models, efficiency reaches approximately 115 lm/W.

2700K, 4000K, and 6500K

The product family offers multiple color temperatures. This allows the light color to be tailored to the professional environment.

• 2700K – warm white
• 4000K – neutral white
• 6500K – cool daylight white

Not every lamp shape and base is available in all three color temperatures. Therefore, you should check the desired combination for each variant.

CRI 80

All current models feature a color display of CRI 80. This makes them suitable for general professional and decorative lighting.

In addition, the lamps deliver their full light output immediately after being turned on. This means there is no warm-up time required.

E14 and E27

The candle lamps in this CorePro series use a E14 lamp base. The ball lamps are available with E14 or E27.

As a result, many existing decorative fixtures can easily be fitted with an energy-efficient LED bulb.

Plastic version

This specific CorePro product family uses a plastic housing. This clearly sets the series apart from the individual Philips CorePro LED candle and globe bulbs—Glass.

The Plastic series is primarily intended as a cost-effective entry-level solution, while the glass series is more focused on a classic, visible-bulb look.

Not dimmable

The current CorePro Plastic products are not dimmable. As a result, they are intended for standard on/off installations.

The current attribute, which also allows "Dimmable = Yes" to be selected, can therefore be removed for this product family.

15,000 hours of service life

Signify specifies a nominal service life of 15,000 hours. In addition, current models are designed for up to 50,000 switching cycles.

As a result, maintenance and bulb replacement are reduced compared to traditional incandescent and halogen bulbs.

2-year warranty

For the current CorePro Plastic models, a 2-year warranty period. The current warranty on LED Goeroe can therefore remain in effect.
