Philips DigiStreet Catenary BCP764 LED Street Lighting
The Philips DigiStreet Catenary BCP764 is the pendant version within the professional DigiStreet family for road and street lighting. The fixture is designed for situations in which lighting is mounted on a tension cable above a road or public space.
DigiStreet Catenary combines efficient LED technology with modern connectivity features. As a result, the fixture can be used in both conventional street lighting projects and smart, future-proof public lighting systems.
6,400 lumens at 38 W
The current DigiStreet Catenary series includes models with a luminous flux of 6,400 lumens and a recorded capital of 38 W.
Depending on the lens, the light output is approximately 152 to 155 lm/W. As a result, the fixture combines high light output with energy efficiency.
BTP764 and BSP764
Two key models are available in the current series. The BTP764 uses a symmetrically wide light distribution, while the BSP764 features a wide DW10 light distribution.
This allows the light distribution to be adjusted to the geometry of the road, the position of the tension cable, and the area that needs to be illuminated.
Designed specifically for tension cable installation
DigiStreet Catenary uses a special mounting bracket for installation on a support or tension cable. This allows the lighting to be positioned centrally above the roadway or public space without the need for traditional roadside poles.
This installation method is particularly useful in urban environments where space is limited or where existing overhead line structures are used.
4,000 K neutral white
The current Signify models are available in 4,000 K with a color gamut of CRI 70. This neutral white light color is designed for functional road and street lighting.
The tested BCP764 models both use the same luminous flux and color temperature, but differ in their optical light distribution.
Zhaga-D4i for Future-Proof Lighting
DigiStreet Catenary is available as Zhaga-D4i-certified luminaire. The combination of D4i drivers and standardized Zhaga D4i connectors makes it possible to add sensors, communication modules, and other connected components.
This allows the system to be expanded later without having to replace the entire fixture.
DALI and Interact Ready
The current models use a driver with DALI interface and are Interact Ready. This allows DigiStreet Catenary to be integrated into professional connected lighting systems.
This allows facility managers to control the lighting centrally and prepare the system for further automation and monitoring.
IP66 and IK09
The rugged cast aluminum housing offers IP66 protection dust- and high-pressure water-resistant. In addition, the fixture has an impact resistance of IK09.
As a result, DigiStreet Catenary is designed for long-term professional use in public outdoor spaces.
Surge Protection
The current BTP764 and BSP764 models offer protection against voltage spikes up to 6 kV in both differential and normal modes.
This protection helps safeguard electronic components against electrical interference in public lighting systems.
Philips Service Tag
With the Philips Service Tag Each fixture can be identified individually. This gives installers and maintenance personnel quick access to the configuration and technical information for that specific fixture.
This simplifies maintenance, programming, and future replacement of components.
Long service life
Signify specifies a service life of 100,000 hours to L96 at 25 °C. As a result, the fixture retains a very large portion of its original light output for a long time.
Current models also come with 5-year warranty.
