The current ClearWay gen2 product family has the product family code BGP307. This series offers many different configurations with a wide range of power ratings, luminous fluxes, color temperatures, light distributions, and control options.

This allows a configuration to be selected for each project that matches the desired road class, pole spacing, mounting height, and illuminance.

High energy efficiency

Current ClearWay gen2 models achieve a light output of up to approximately 150 lumens per watt. This makes it possible to achieve high light output while using energy efficiently.

The actual efficiency varies by model and depends on factors such as luminous flux, color temperature, optics, and driver configuration.

From a compact residential street to a larger road

ClearWay gen2 is available in a wide range of light outputs. Within the current BGP307 family, both compact models ranging from approximately 1,500 to 3,000 lumens and more powerful configurations exceeding 8,000 lumens are available.

Selected current models deliver up to approximately 10,200 lumens, allowing the same family of luminaires to be used for different types of roads and public spaces.

3,000 K and 4,000 K

The current Philips ClearWay Gen 2 series is available in a variety of color temperatures.

• 3000 K: Warm white light, suitable for residential areas and other environments where a warmer lighting experience is desired
• 4,000 K: neutral white light for functional road and street lighting

Depending on the model, various color rendering indices are available. For example, there are 3000 K models with a CRI of 80 and 4000 K models with a CRI of 70.

Different light distributions

Good street lighting is determined not only by the number of lumens, but primarily by how the light is distributed across the road. Philips ClearWay gen2 is therefore available with various road optics.

Depending on the configuration, various medium-width and wider light distributions are available, among other options. This allows the luminaire to be tailored to the width of the road, pole spacing, and mounting position.

IP66 and IK09

Current Philips ClearWay Gen 2 models have a protection rating of IP66. This means the fixture is fully protected against dust intrusion and resistant to powerful water jets.

Many current BGP307 configurations also have an impact resistance of IK09, making the fixture capable of withstanding mechanical stress of up to 10 joules.

Constant Light Output

For selected models, Constant Light Output available. This feature compensates for the natural decline in LED light output over the product's lifespan.

This allows the required light level to be maintained over a longer period of time without the fixture having to operate at maximum power unnecessarily from day one.

DynaDimmer

Various Philips ClearWay Gen 2 models are available with DynaDimmer. This allows you to use preset dimming profiles to automatically reduce the light intensity during certain periods of the night.

This makes it possible to further reduce energy consumption when less light is needed, without having to install a complex external lighting management system.

System Ready and Interact Ready

Select ClearWay gen2 models are available as System Ready or Interact Ready. This allows the streetlight to be prepared for connected lighting and centralized lighting control.

Depending on the configuration chosen, smart controllers, sensors, and Philips Interact solutions can be used for management, monitoring, and automated lighting control, among other things.

Philips ServiceTag

ClearWay gen2 supports the Philips ServiceTag. This allows each fixture to be identified individually and makes it easy to access relevant product and maintenance information.

This simplifies installation, configuration, and maintenance for administrators and installers of larger public lighting systems.

Adjustable mast mount

Philips ClearWay gen2 is designed for flexible mounting on standard streetlight poles and brackets. Selected BGP307 models are suitable for pole and bracket diameters ranging from approximately 48 to 60 mm.

The angle of inclination can be adjusted to precisely aim the fixture at the road surface.

Long technical service life

Current ClearWay gen2 models are designed for long-term professional use. For select configurations, Philips specifies a lifespan of up to 100,000 operating hours with a very high retention of the original light output.

The combination of a long technical service life, serviceable components, and energy-efficient LED technology helps reduce the total operating and maintenance costs of a public lighting system.
