Philips MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient

The Philips MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient is the most energy-efficient Philips LED bulb for professional retrofit applications. With an efficiency of 210 lm/W This series combines high light output with exceptionally low energy consumption.

In addition, the lamp has a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours. This not only saves energy, but also means the light source needs to be replaced much less frequently.

UltraEfficient up to 210 lm/W

The main advantage of the MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient is its very high efficiency. All current main models achieve approximately 210 lm/W.

As a result, a 100W-equivalent bulb, for example, uses only 7.3W to produce 1,535 lumens. Furthermore, according to Signify, the UltraEfficient series consumes approximately 60% less energy than standard Philips LED bulbs.

Energy Efficiency Class A

The latest Ultra Efficient LED bulbs have Energy Efficiency Class A. This makes them among the most energy-efficient retrofit LED bulbs in the Philips Professional lineup.

This makes the series particularly suitable for professional installations with a high number of annual operating hours.

Four Major Luminous Flux Classes

The product family offers four main replacement classes. This allows you to choose the right lamp based on the existing wattage and the desired light output.

  • 485 lumens – 2.3 W, equivalent to approximately 40 W
  • 840 lumens – 4.0 W, replaces approximately 60 W
  • 1,095 lumens – 5.2 W, replaces approximately 75 W
  • 1,535 lumens – 7.3 W, equivalent to approximately 100 W

This allows for significant energy savings without significantly compromising the familiar light output.

2700K, 3000K, and 4000K

The current product family is available in various color temperatures. This allows the light color to be tailored to the professional environment.

  • 2700K – warm white
  • 3000K – warm white
  • 4000K – neutral white

Not every combination of luminous flux, finish, and color temperature is available. Therefore, the exact choice depends on the selected model.

CRI 80

The Philips MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient offers a color rendering index of CRI 80. This makes the lamp suitable for general professional lighting.

In addition, the lamp has a wide beam angle of approximately 300 degrees. This creates a light pattern that radiates in almost all directions, similar to that of traditional light bulbs.

Classic A60 shape with E27

The current Ultra Efficient series uses the well-known A60 bulb shape with a E27 lamp base. This makes it easy to replace existing conventional light bulbs.

The lamp operates directly on 220–240V AC power. This eliminates the need for an external LED driver.

Clear and frosted glass

Both clear and frosted glass versions are available within the product family. This allows the appearance to be tailored to the fixture.

  • Clear – clear glass
  • Frosted – frosted glass

The clear version highlights the classic lamp shape. In contrast, frosted glass creates a softer glow.

Non-dimmable and dimmable versions

Most of the current MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient series is not dimmable. In addition, Signify offers several dimmable 60W-equivalent models with 840 lumens.

Therefore, always verify the selected option when dimming is required for the project.

50,000-hour service life

Signify specifies a nominal service life of 50,000 hours. That's more than three times as long as many standard LED bulbs.

In addition, current models are designed for a maximum of 500,000 switching cycles. This makes the series suitable for intensive professional use.

5-year warranty

The current MASTER LEDbulb Ultra Efficient has a 5-year warranty period. As a result, this MASTER series clearly stands out from many CorePro LED bulbs, which have a shorter lifespan and warranty.
