The Philips EM250B Wireless Emergency Spotlight combines reliable LED emergency lighting with wireless monitoring via the Interact platform. The fixture is designed for commercial buildings where emergency lighting must be centrally monitored, tested, and managed.
The current EM250B model delivers 205 lumens at a power consumption of 5 watts and provides 3 hours of emergency lighting in the event of a power outage.
Wireless Monitoring via Interact
The EM250B features a built-in wireless interface and is compatible with the Interact Building Manager system. This allows building managers to centrally monitor the status of the emergency lighting, perform automatic tests, and view reports on the system’s operation.
The term “wireless” refers here to the communication and monitoring of the light fixture. The emergency light fixture itself is connected to the electrical system and has a built-in battery for use during a power outage.
3 hours of emergency operations
In the event of a power outage, the Philips EM250B can provide emergency lighting for up to 3 hours. This makes the fixture suitable for escape routes, hallways, and open areas where reliable lighting is essential during an emergency.
