The Signify OptiVision LED gen3.5 is a powerful professional LED floodlight designed to illuminate sports fields, industrial sites, logistics facilities, and other large outdoor areas. BVP518 and BVP528

The OptiVision LED gen3.5 is available in two fixture sizes. The BVP518 uses two LED engines and is suitable for applications requiring a compact, powerful spotlight. The larger BVP528 features three LED engines and is designed for projects with higher requirements for luminous flux and illuminance.

Several optics and configurations are available for both versions. The final luminous flux, power consumption, and light distribution therefore depend on the version selected.

Precise light distribution and minimization of stray light

A key advantage of the OptiVision LED gen3.5 is its extensive selection of optics. This allows the light distribution to be tailored to the geometry of a site, sports field, or industrial area.

Installations with a tilt angle of 0° are also possible. This can help limit the wind load on an installation and allow for the reuse of existing mast structures. At the same time, upward light is limited, and disruptive light pollution to the surrounding area can be reduced.

DALI and Interact Sports

The programmable DALI driver enables integration with professional lighting control systems. The OptiVision LED gen3.5 can be used in combination with Interact Sports, among other systems.

This allows lighting levels to be adjusted to suit different usage scenarios. For example, a sports facility can use different lighting scenarios for training, competitions, maintenance, or times when only a limited portion of the grounds is in use.

By ensuring that the lighting operates only at the necessary level, energy consumption can be further reduced.
